...at the end of the hose by the inflator or the whole tube/Air2 at the wing?

Leave the original corrugated hose on, remove the inflation mechanism and replace it with the AIR II (AIR II attached to the original corrugated hose).

Will the plate and single tank adapter work with other wings? Anyone now what the bolt spacing and width of the adapter is?

To me the best idea besides the handle was the STA. I had to see it for myself and my shop didn’t have one so I ordered online. I found that it fits my DGX 30 like it was made for it and believe it or not bolts solidly to my Zeagle plate. I will be in the pool tonight with a class, going to try it out like that.

S-Tek Pure harness with OMS wings. The handle is so useful. Harness are comfortable but would prefer them a bit stiffer.

Can you please show the back of the BC with the STA?

Sure! I'll set it up and can perhaps post the pictures tom. I also prefer the S tek STA over conventional STA. Cylinder sit closer to the plate and u have the option to use either 1 or 2 cam bands. Placement of the bands also allows more flexible range of cylinder position allowing a cylinder to be placed lower even when using 2 cam bands.

What size wing are you using?

I use the S Tek 30 but tried it with my daughters oms 27lb wing. Fits perfectly. It came with only 1 cam band but since I have an old cam band gathering dust, might as well use it. I only had a DiveRite plate with oxycheq wing, and an OMS plate with OMS wing to compare it with. I prefer the S tek. Plate handle beats carrying your rig by the tank valve. STA has tank valve strap. I get my preferred tank position everytime. The only thing going against it aside from the price is the absence of cam slots for those who prefer strapping their tank directly to the plate.
