Diving in Northern California in 7mm or Drysuit with a solid amount of lead and steel tanks climbing up and down rocky cliffsides or long walks on the beach to get to the water i haven't had problems with the system holding weight. I did however have a zipper fail on the weight pouch after a few hard months of working as a DM in the Caribbean but a weight belt solved my issues after switching to the "travel harness" once back in the states Scubapro replaced my weight pouch at no cost nor questions. All in all its a solid system but as mentioned before I wish someone pulled me aside in the shop and said "skip the sales pitch and just get a BPW. Soo... thats what I'm doing after working with a bunch of tec guys and extremely experienced divers.
