Scubapro Computers Backlight

Does anyone know how the backlight on the uwatec/scubapro computers work?

I can make mine light up (squeeze the side), but I'm intrigued as to the mechanics of it...

At first I thought there was a pressure switch, but what would then stop it activating at depth?

I'm not sure exactly how it works...but it's pretty cool. It's easy enough to do, once you find the spot on your computer that you have to press.

I know it's a pretty light touch that turns it on, because I've had my SmartCom turn on just by getting bumped around a little bit.
