Excuse me if it has been asked before [I did look], can the blue " scuba Instructor" be placed under my 'supporter' red tag?
Is there another thing to add that I don't know about?

Of course. The "User banners", like Supporter and Scuba Instructor, are additive — meaning that you can have as many as you qualify for. You can apply for the the Instructor banner here:
