I am NOT convinced on this!
Over last several months we have regularly picked up Pinoys arriving in HK and tested positive even though they have possessed a cert/or whatever indicating that they have been tested negative.
Generally I have mistrusted of Pinoy's Gov as a whole.

Very interesting. Are you suggesting that the tests administered here are purposely unreliable, or fake certs, or what exactly?

I'm not questioning your info, I'm just very interested in why you think that is happening.
