Just curious, has anyone actually bought gear from Scuba.com. If so what was your overall experience? How was there customer service, shipping, condition of the gear, ect?

I have purchased a couple of items from their retail store in Southern California. I needed to exchange one item for a more appropriate size. I had absolutely no problems. I do not know how they are to deal with for an internet purchase.

Ordered equipment on-line twice. Both times quick turn around and they sent me double of some smaller items free of charge. Will use them again.

Chris: www.scuba.com has been an authorized Apollo Dealer for 10 years. We have never had a complaint about service, shipping, etc. They are Pro's.
I have used them several times.. never had any problems, the orders were always right and arrived on time. I would definitely use them again.

Ordered a couple of wetsuits from them. Had no problems and delivery was quick.

Used 'em several times. Would do so again. I recently had to return a few items, but don't expect any issues. Good turn-around time and reasonable shipping. Takes about 1 week transit time from the West coast to the East coast by FedEx ground.
