Saga Flip Diopter, How the Heck Fo You Put It On the Housing?!?!

Can someone please tell me how the heck you are supposed to put the Saga Flip System onto the Gates AX100 housing? I do not get how to do it. Do you push it on from behind? Force it over the front of the port? Put it against the housing as you’re screwing down the port?

I think it’s a miserable design and I truly regret buying it.

Push it onto the port. The O-Ring holds it in place.

It goes on from behind. Take the port off and push it on from the rear, aligning it first with the flip lever for the filter. You have to sort of wiggle it a bit into place. You can add a little silicone grease to the oring to help. Don't push it too far forward.

This is easily one of the worst designed things I’ve ever encountered. I really regret buying it.
