Having grown up there and still visit regularly....

I have heard many people say Houston is the only city where when you hit the city limits... you speed up.

Houston... born there and left at age 15. I turned 16 before we got outside the city limits .( in 1971)

Ever go into a store and ask for a "" Map of Houston "" ?

The 2 guys behind the counter will say ... Way U want Go ??

I tell them I just want to buy a map and they repeat.... Way U want Go ??

:shakehead
