Is it safe to assume ice will be thick enough to prohibit the non-ice certified divers into Haigh for opening weekend?

Give Tina a call , but that would be my guess. It was 8" thick two weeks ago, and I don't think it has been warm enough to melt away yet. I hope soon though, I'm getting awful dry here!

It was 8" last weekend and 37f. Vis was a shocking 20'. I think the quarry layers are mixing and stirring it up. I didn't notice a reverse thermocline.

Duane and I will be there on Sunday. Come on out and bring your chainsaw and hockey mask!

You are wearing a hockey mask now too? Wasn't a pumpkin enough?

Hey Mike,

Maybe I watched too many horror films, but I thought it was normal to wear a hockey mask when using a chainsaw???

O.K. is the hockey mask new? and! and! AND!, are you referring to the infamous underwater chainsaw of which we heard so much last year? :lotsalove:
