Sabadeco

We are thinking of renting a Sea View apartment in Sabadeco for our trip next December and looking for something more affordable (less than $180/night) with an ocean view because by dive buddy needs to watch for the green flash every evening. This price pretty much eliminates anything in Kralendijk. However I read on TA where the place we are looking at was burglarized a couple of years ago while the occupants were out which makes us hesitant. I also read a thread on this forum where another villa was broke into while the occupants were out. I am wondering if Sabadeco is any less secure because of it's distance from Kralendijk and perhaps an overall lack of activity compared to Kralendijk?

I think the place you are looking at is the place we have stayed at 3 times. The upstairs is amazing, the host is amazing, and we have never had any trouble. There is a safe in the bedroom which we use to lock up valuables. I can't imagine any place else having so much to offer for such a great price. Feel free to message me for more info.
