Personally I don't like self-donning suits, had one and didn't like the zipper in front, seemed to get in the way of things

A zipper in the back can still be closed without any help. It's not that hard, just hook the leash on something and carefully slide the zipper shut.

I have a vulcanized hunter and highly recommend it. It won't ever leak and if it does it is simple to patch.

Full custom made is not possible but at least boot size can be customized. Front entry model is also available.
