Roatan vs. Utila diving - What's the difference?

It wasn't. It was a much broader question than that. UTLgirl- you can answer the biggest part of the original posted question much better than I. Go for it.

Yes, we are interested in seeing the whale sharks but not knowing the 2 islands and what they offer we were unsure which one to go to. We are also interested in some good diving

Regardless, we have decided on Utila now and now just need to check on availability.

Any feedback on the two dive operations at Deep Blue Diver Resort and Laguna Beach Resort would be appreciated. What are the boats like, bathrooms on them, etc as well?
