I have heard good things about enzyme cleaners. Awhile back I overheard a diver who had been near constantly cave diving for a week, peeing in his wetsuit all the while, and neglected to thoroughly wash his suit inbetween dives since he figured he was going back in anyway. At the end of the week he got a nice rash from a bacteria growing in his suit. He tried a dozen different ways with cleaners to get it out and enzymes ended up doing the trick. Although I hope you're not peeing in your boots.
