ripcord handle's velcro coming off...

I've pulled the handle exactly once, when it was new to get a feel for it.... otherwise it just sits in it's spot between the red tabs. As far as I can tell the glue has just let go. It looks like, (though I could be wrong) the glue has remained on the handle, as opposed to coming off with the velcro.

Kind of curious but not unheard of for the Velcro tape. It could just be a poor batch of adhesive, I wouldn't stress it too much.

Looks like I'll have to wait till I get back home for the "official fix", so I'll probably take a closer look at it tomorrow and decide if i want to leave it or diy it temporarily.

The handle doesn't rely on the velcro to stay in place, but the velcro will prevent inadvertant pull out if you were to snag it on the side of your gear bag, for instance.
