Can any one help me I have listed these regulators below and I need a opnion of any one that had or have. on witch regularor will breathe easily and perfom at any condition maxim 130ft.

Atomic Aquatics - Z1

AquaLung Titan LX

Oceanic Alpha 7 DX4

Scubapro MK25/S550

Apeks ATX50

breathed both the Atomic and SP regs you reference at depth and they were, to my lungs anyway, both excellent and essentially indistinguishable.

I like the Atomic M1 better, but only because it has the wider exhaust Tee, which keeps bubble interference out of your face better. Both the Z1 and SP regs do have a moderate amount of bubble interference if you're vertical in the water.

Never breathed the others "under real conditions", so I can't help you there :)

I have only owned/used the Scubapro and the Apeks regulator of the ones you mentioned. Of the two I personally liked the Apeks better. One of the reasons being that Apeks is very reliable both during warm and cold water diving.

Sincerely

Anders

i have the atomic m1 regulator and a z1 second stage as my backup. both terrific regulators!!!!! worth the price, hell it is life support equipment!!! why cut corners!!!!
