Hello

I have a gauge, with some residue under the glass. Can these gauges be disassembled? Does to top unscrew with a seal behind it?

This is a spare I have, recognize gauges are cheap in the scheme of things to replace, but wanting to know if the glass can be removed to be cleaned if anyone has done this before or has knowledge.

Thanks in advance.

The type that you have does not unscrew unfortunately. This usually results from a small leak which will eventually result in corroded internals making it inaccurate. This might take some time but unfortunately there is really no way to correct it.
