Request: MM-DD-YYYY date option

Firmware 1.10 offers
d-m-y or y-m-d

While I actually like YYYY-MM-DD, most of USA uses m-d-y (and dealer requested)

Seems simple enough..

y-m-d is best for sorting dives by date order.

Seriously though, it should be an option for those in the US but remember that most of the world is not m-d-y!
