Thanks all for your knowledge on this topic. I bought a tool and changed two of my HP80's over to vindicators and have three more on order for my other tanks. Still trying to figure out the model of valve on my AL30 Pony. It is smaller than my "real" tanks and you need to know the valve to buy the right knob.

The pony has a split nut just like the Thermo's on my other tanks, but as I said, the size is different and it isn't marked well.

The AL30 pony valve is stamped 15-21 on the front, 230 Bar on the back and near the "Pro valve" DIN opening on the front has a sticker that reads 3000 PSI service pressure.

Anyone have a clue as to what model this one may be?

Looks like a sherwood. I hate the exposed burst disk like that, personally I would replace it with a better valve with a protected burst disk.

My Halcyon manifold has exposed non-protected burst disks. I don't like it either.
