Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to replace my dry suit seals. Looking at putting latex seals on my neoprene suit.

Here's a link that you might find helpful.

This is for putting latex on a shell, but it's basically the same for latex on neoprene. The difference will be on how thick your neoprene is. You might have to put lots of coats of sealant (either 50/50 aquaseal/cotol or PB300) on the neoprene sleeve before it's ready. Once you have the seal attatched, add a bead of 50/50 around the inside joint and maybe even melco tape it after that. I only melco on a shell suit, but read that it might be a good idea to bead it as well on a neoprene. Oh, before you put the glue on the latex, make sure that you buff, clean (with MEK or Cotol), buff, clean, buff, clean. You want the glue to stick to the latex and if you don't prep right you won't get good adhesion. If you need the seals, BOB3 here on the board is a good source and has a bunch of knowledge that could help ya out. Good luck! This really isn't scarey stuff and ya don't need to be real smart to change seals.

Goto the maintainence and repair section. They also sell seals. If doing the wrist seals use the commercial grade.
