I've never had a problem getting medical grade O2 on the island (or anywhere in Canada) from places like Vitalaire or BOC. I think I paid $35 for a 50 in March. There is no need to diddle around trying to substitute Industrial O2 when medical grade is so readily available and not that expensive.
