I saw the notification here with the link, payed manually, and the automatic payment came out at the same time... I need the duplicate payment back (and I'm still not red) if able.

Me too. Paid via PayPal for ScubaBoard Supporter but lost my red banner. I am not sure how my upgrade expired since I am on auto-pay with PayPal.
