My LDS marked up my name with permanent ink on my doubles today, the problem is that I'm borrowing these tanks. Is there a way to remove the ink without significantly marring the tanks? These are steel 100's.

I posted a similar question not too long ago. Rubbing alcohol was suggested. I haven't had a chance to try it yet.

If they were mine, there would be a good chance the LDS would be solving this problem.

Most inks used in pens such as SHARPIES are alcohol based, try to rubbing or ethyl (vodka) alcohol.
