.... As well as my Primary Regulator since its open water do I need a 5-7' length hose for donation? Looking at the MK 25/18 what pressure ports should I be using for each? I'm 5'9 weigh 170 LBS and dive a BP/W. Appreciate any help.

One more option to consider for open water:

Primary hose 40 - 48", routed under right arm and straight up to mouth.
Secondary 22 or 24" hose, is bungied under chin.

This type of setup routes best if you use a 90 degree elbow fitting on the primary 2nd stage (called a "swivel", even though it is a solid fitting) , it is very comfortable to use.

The 40 or 48" is longer than a "standard" recreational octo hose, and and as with the 5' or 7' you will donate the primary.... but it is obviously shorter than 5' or 7'; so that is the tradeoff. I'm currently experimenting with a 48" hose, and so far I like it.

Best wishes.
