As a general rule when someone says "complete this survey and get a free [insert name of multi-hundred dollar item]" just roll your eyes and keep walking.

Not ALWAYS true, my buddy once got an email to complete a survey and receive a free flat panel LCD monitor for his computer, and he actually got it! 17in brand new! didnt even pay for shipping. so obviously I went to the site, took the survey and received a FULL mailbox of completely free spam!! Hooray

I think if you've got time to waste, setup an email account and go to a public computer and try. But I wouldn't expect anything.
