Perhaps the dinosaur poppet is worth a mention when discussing the evolution of SP's balanced poppets, as a side note at least.
Being able to punch homemade seats for a reusable balanced poppet makes it unique.

Occasionally found in SP second stages that have not been serviced for many years. I found them in G250s, if memory is correct.
