Regulator breaths hard while surfacing

I ran the regulator over to my LDS during lunch and the IP is set to 138psi which is within the recommended range of 125-150psi.

Looks like I need more practice with the controls.

Did they pull the 2nd stage off and adjust the cracking pressure? Or was it delivering a freeflow at wide open on the manual adjustment? If the IP is correct, which it is, but the 2nd internal is cranked down, it will breath hard. This is not a difficult adjustment to make with a flat head screwdriver. PM me if you want the details.
