Too much to swallow for a beginner like me.

ANy good website that explains EVERYTHING* inside and out of a regulator (1st and 2nd stage) and Octopus?? I kinda like to understand the foundation before reading the reviews about them in Rodale.

ALso besides Rodale, anyother good sites that do scientific reviews on Scuba equipments ??
