I did an OW Dive today at Deer Island Point at the High Tide Slack. In only a week (Dove just around the corner from there last week) The water temp went from 47*F to 44*F. A 3* difference in only a week. It was a bit of a chill when we first got in, but once we went under it was okay. Getting changed into the wetsuit and drying off and getting dressed afterwards was chilly.

The one thing about Deer Island is that you really need to watch the Tides. With currents there ranging as high as 7kts outside of the slack, your dive time is somewhat limited, unless you plan on ending up across the border. With a max slack tide dive time of around 35 minutes, there is not alot of time to get too badly chilled.
