Ok it's time again for the Annual Ocean Watch Clean Up. Mike, Jenny, Juan and I all took part last year and felt it very worthwhile. Not only were we doing our part to improve things, but we had a great dive under the Anglin Pier on Commercial. Tons of junk was recovered, including dentures, cell phones and a hand gun.

The dive locations for this year haven't been confirmed yet, but the Ocean Watch website mentions both the Pompano Beach and Dania Beach piers as possibilites.

We can always plan a get together for afterwards.

sounds like a plan to me!
Rose from Oceanwatch gave a good talk at Oceanfest on fish ID..good organization, and a worthwhile cause.
Count me in

Kris and I picked up the flyer for that yesterday and we're planning on being in on it! Is there a way we can contact these folks early and get information to put up on conchdivers.com under a Public Service Dive page?

Yeah, contact Rose.

Dang it. All the way over on the east coast.

My wife and I would love to join. We will be in Key Largo celebrating our anniversary; diving. We might be able to drive up and join in, but I better check with the boss before I commit us to being there.

A GUN!!!!

Was it checked to see if it was stolen??

You'd be welcome.

The gun was confiscated by the Broward County Sherrif's Department.
