Hi, I'm so confused as I read all the threads.. for my 15 yo son.
Looking for a Dive Op near the Key Largo Grande resort and beach club " A Hilton Resort" I have hotel points to use... 97000 South Overseas Highway, Key Largo, Florida, United States 33037 the address...can't figure out how to find a dive op within that area?
Nice dives with a lot of fish to look at...not to deep and not to fast current? Thanks

Keylargobrent was a great guy to plan our dives as the Keys go most diving is wrecks and they are deep and scary and well world class diving< not scary!!JOKE!:D
He can get you and your son on dives way into his dive skills and may I say One word "Molasses Reef" will make the trip for you! it's a second dive for most opperators but with many novice divers or currents on wreck sites they some times do several reefs patch type.have fun and remember your in the diving meca so you will have fun!
Just my 2 cents

I heartily recommend Capt Gary and the folks at Conch Republic. Went diving with them before when they had some youngsters and novice divers on board. They did a tremendous job with them and picked some easy, beautiful, and interesting dive sites.

He's a quick trip from your resort and easy to find.

I have had good luck with the dive shop located right in Pennekamp state park when I am interested in shallow dives... I made several dives with them over the summer. they tend to go to the shallow reefs like the Molasses reef and the French reef (generally less than 30 feet).

One question.... how are you getting to your hotel?? Are you renting a car or is a hotel shuttle picking you up at the airport. If you have a rental car, none of the shops noted in this thread are difficult to get to.
