Recommendation for no-DM dive op out of Kona?

Anyone have a recommendation for a Kona op that will let two experienced buddies dive without DM accompaniment?

Also, going to be there a couple of weeks and would like to rent weights for the term. I didn't use to have trouble finding weekly rates for rental gear, but that's been awhile now. Do Kona Honu, Big Island, Jack's or anyone else offer weekly rentals?
