ICC 3AA2250
ICC == interstate commerce commission. Which predate DOT.
As such, it is an old cylinder probably a Steel 72 made before ~1970. So really you are looking at a 40 year old cylinder. Many folks like them for diving, I have one. Nothing wrong with the cylinder sitting around if it still has air in it. However, what it looks like on the inside is the key.
If the cylinders are that old that one thing to look for are the valve threads. If you can see threads on the valve they are 1/2". If not 3/4" which is the "norm" today. 1/2" are bit of a PITA because of finding a good valve for them.
If the price was right and with 3/4" valves it would be worth picking up. Remember you will pay $25-$40 for a hydro and vis for each cylinder.
As for the other gear a crap shoot but if there are lead weights - well lead is lead. Have fun and let us know what you find. Perhaps you will come home with a couple vintage double hose regs for cheap.
