Here is something to consider...

Funny enough, if you click on one of the travel ads on this site you'll be directed to Rainbow Reef in Key Largo. I dove with that outfit twice and every time something went wrong. Just about every morning at sign up time divers like you and I start putting their gear together only to discover that half the tanks are empty. If you request Nitrox it probably won't be there either. And to top things off, you may have to wait 20 minutes on the dock for the boat to get fuel. All this is very disappointing.
I've done seven daily dives with those guys because they seamed to offer a pretty good dive/hotel package but I'm going to have to re-think the true meaning of a good dive package...
