I have a speech tomorrow about the dangers of scuba diving for an english class, and need a few statistics which I cannot find anywhere. Can anyone please give me very general statistics about injuries/deaths that occur in SCUBA diving? I just want to know (not very specific) the percentages of injuries/death due to DCS, Narcosis, Hyper/Hypothermia, marine animals... Something general. If anyone could help please e-mail karim_elzein@hotmail.com Thanks

You might check with the DAN website. They compile exactly the type of stats you're looking for.

I believe you need to be a member to access the information.
