Actually, I have two... My father's family business is flower farming and we grew several types here in Florida, of which my favorite are phalaenopsis and gypsophelia. Really kinda neat being in the middle of a couple-thousand acres of gyp.

Question:

Ever been skydiving?

No, but I always wanted to...maybe some day..

cool on the flowers, are gypsophelia orchids also? My fav. flower is the passion flower. Have 4 different kinds in my yard, but have managed to kill a few others....

Favorite bird?

i still like stargazers best... :)

my favorite bird has always been the bald eagle.

back in the 90's i started taking the accelerated freefall program, till i ran out of cash.
basically you start out first jump at 12k feet with a 60 second freefall,
pull around 4k and glide into the dropzone. it's very hard to beat freefalling as far as adrenalyn rush goes,
then flying the canopy down the rest of the way is a thrill in itself.

i imagine dropping out static line at 1k with a chute designed to get you to
the ground as fast as possible without killing you must be a good rush too.

if the chances of a parachute not opening is one in 10,000 and you had two chutes,
what are the chances that they will both not open on the same jump?

Jenny...Gyp is baby's breath - We grew them up here in St. A and down in Delray Beach

Favorite Bird.. That's easy.. it's the platypus..

Scuba_Jenny:
Thanks. I bet a field of babys breath is awesome...

a platypus is a mammal....http://www.totalretail.com/platypus

I know it's a mammal :) ... you should know by now that I was kidding... Or was I... It has a ducks' beak, feet, and lays eggs... hrmmm ( I know to be a bird it has to have feathers, and to be a mammal it has to nurse)

OK - off topic... sorry

OK - Question :

You diving this weekend?
