My shop, that does not sell nitrox ... if they know it has anything other than air, they will not fill the tank
... and most shops here will not fill a tank with nitrox, unless it's marked with a nitrox band, even though they don't partial press blend here (the dive boat I was on will though, again, banked nitrox only)
