I guess Im not hip to this new fangled lingo.

It could mean good tank.....could mean bad tank......I have no idea

hp100s make great doubles, esp. for moderate tech dives in the ocean (100-170ft range up to 30mins BT). Easy to trim out, easy to get back up boat ladders.

The 3/4" neck ones are slightly nicer cause they are easier to O2 clean with the larger opening. Otherwise they are essentially identical tanks with same bouyancy.

Jam up=very good [IMO]. I have LP 85's, and they are nearly identical in size, weight and air volume, I know because my dive buddy has 100's.
