PST cylinders with the DOT exemption E9791 also have a permit for use by Transport Canada. It is permit number TCSU4349. You can find this permit number stamped in the shoulder of DOT E9791 cylinders. This TC Permit expired on April 30, 2005. Since that time it has been Illegal to Mark, Sell, Handle (fill), Transport or offer to transport these in Canada. Bad news for Canadian divers.
