Anyone have any insight on whether the Special Exemption on the PST-DOT-E9791 cylinders is going to be renewed?? Or should I start looking for new cylinders??

May of 2014 and no issues yet.

Chug
Bad at follow up sometimes.

I'm picking up 2 more sets of doubles and banking on the renewal. Last time was a bit scary and last minute, but they came through.

BTW, the guy I'm getting them from also has a set of double 100s and 2 single 100s if anyone is interested. Great price.

i haven't heard anything yet.. it's set to expire Jan 2015 right now.

As long as the covered cylinders do not demonstrate an unforeseen problem the original engineering will stand and once approved a renewal should be approved.

As I understand it the application can be from pretty much anyone.

I have 8 of them in play and I'm sleeping nights.
