PSI certfications

I just went to the PSI site and saw all the certifications that they offer ans was completley lost. What are the ones that pertain to SCUBA cylinders. I am just wanting to be able to do AL and steel tanks with nitrox only up to 40% for now. Also if any one knows of an instructor in Japan(doubtful I know) or in Guam.

This class is the one you want: VCI: Visual Cylinder Inspector Course

If I was working in a shop these two courses would be worth while:

Valve Repair Technician and Oxygen Cylinder Cleaning Technician

Though learning to do both can be done one your own.
