Joewr, my Candya** friend from the north, pray tell what is that "pink thing" hanging down. Looks like a ripcord to pull when you are ready to shhot to the surface.

That is not actually "pink"! It is OSHA Orange. And it is a special u/w cork screw in case I run into a bottle of good California Cabernet and feel like a little "refresher".

You cannot actually see the ripcord...or the inflatable that I use in such cases...an RIB...as in, "I am RIB(bing) you!"

Joewr...This site still for sale or rent...it is a prestigious location...although the neighbors are a bit obstreperous...
