Well, lessee...
Ye're wearin' a drysuit, but no hood, so water temp's about 65-70. Water's too calm for the open ocean, so ye must be in a lake or bay. You're a boat captain so I'd lean toward salt water. Ft. Belvoir is in VA, so I'm gonna guess the Chesapeake Bay.

but no cigar that was taken at our weekly dive outing, it takes place on every sunday morning at the fabulous Milbrook Quarry. we call those outings "church"
