Product testing Mares

Sorry for my bad English.

I purchased a mask Mares X-Vision. Mask water flows in the left lens.

At the site http://www.mares.com/store-finder/?region=е I found a dealer «TED L.C.» in Ukraine.
Address of dealer in Kyiv:
Sergienko str., 2/3
02094 KYIV

I opened the dealer's website http://www.mares.in.ua/kompaniya/kontaktyi.html
I found the address : Ukraine, 02105, Kyiv, pr. Yuri Gagarin, 2/35.

So I purchased product from an authorized Mares dealer. The address on the dealer's site matches the address of the shop.

I asked the staff «Is the Mares dealer shop?» He's said “Shop is not Mares dealer”. While they pledged to send the mask for testing in Mares. I was surprised.

Now they say that the mask was in Mares and there is no defect. They does not give any document confirming the test mask in Mares.

Now the mask is in the service center of the shop.
I have a cash-memo.

How can I know if a mask testing to Mares?
Provides service center Mares any document confirming the testing?
