Problems connecting DiveBuddy....Cobra to everything

I bought the Dive Buddy to work with my Cobra computer. I have tried connecting it with Apple IPad, Surface RT and a new Samsung tablet. None work...it gives me different errors. I am thinking bad cable, maybe?? The only other thing I might be doing wrong is waiting a few hours after dive to download...3-4 hours at the most.

Any help would be appreciated.

What App are you using?
Please note that we do not have any app for the Surface RT.
If you are using divePAL (for iOS or Android) please see this post on how to connect to a DCbuddy.

Also, which Cobra? Cobra1 or Cobra3

Lastly, please check this video tutorial on how to use DCbuddy with Suunto dive computers.
