Primary Hose Length

I'm diving a primary donate setup, what size hose should I go with? I was thinking 40", but wasn't sure. thanks!

I run a 40 inch under the arm with a 70 degree elbow at the second stage, and it's ok... a buddy is using 48 inch, and it's much better (on my to do list if I wasn't so cheap).

AFAIK - they don't provide anything resembling the "Recreational Primary Donate" hose length configuration in their line... Get hoses from Piranha. It will save you a bundle...

5ft. Shorter than the 7ft long hose I use.

I prefer the seven foot hose. It routes easier and allows two divers to swim side by side or following one another.
