does anyone know of a good company to have prescription lenses put in, that will also accept vision insurance ???
i bought a sea vision mask last year with the idea that if i wanted to have prescription lenses put in this would be a good mask to have, but sea vision charges a fee for having your own mask, even with it being their mask, that goes against my grain,so by the time i pay shipping to them & the fee for having my own mask it would be about the same cost as buying a new mask from them, & they do not accept blue cross vision insurance!!!

There are a few good co.s that specialize in mask Rx's....Don't know if they accept BCBS.......You can google and they'll come up.......I've always used Prescriptiondivemasks.com in CA....Usually costs me about $110.00 + shipping for an easy reading full lens Rx [takes about 3 weeks w/shipping back and forth] and I've heard there's one in NY that members on SB have used and liked...There are several masks that you can buy [On LP.com] that have premade Rx lenses and there's a co. called Diveoptx that makes removable plastic Rx's, also on LP.......I tried the Diveoptx's first, when I found what worked best went w/the permanent lenses.........Hope this helped.
