Alright if anyone read the previous post about my wife instructor you know what the instructor told my wife.
For all who didnt read it here is the link....

alright with that. My wife went to her first pool dive and the instructor told her more stuff.
1. My wife wanted split fins so I bought them for her.
Her instructor told her that should could not wear them because they were not good
in to pool or the ocean.. what he didnt mention is he has had split fins for
2 years. What a moron.
2. My wifes BC doesnt have an OCTO it is part of the power inflator to reduce hose's.
Her instructor also stated that she cannot use it, because it isnt in her openwater manual. Which PADI's OW manual states you can use either or. Then he stated that her power inflator hose is not suppost to be inside the velcro strap that it comes with. So my question is, isnt that where it is suppost to be, he said that it just needs to dangle freely. See the attached picture for the power inflator hose the way I have it
