Potential PSI classes in Guam - spring 2016

I will possibly be in Guam in the Spring of 2016. While there, if I have enough students, I can teach the following PSI certification classes.

Visual cylinder inspector (and recertification)
valve Repair Technician
Eddy Current Technician
Oxygen Cylinder Cleaning Technician
Fill Station Operator/Hazmat
SCBA Cylinder Inspector

I can also teach the HOG regulator service technician class if there is enough intrest.
