If you haven't heard the news, UPS and the Teamsters Union reached a tentative agreement on the 25th (which still has to be officially ratified by the 300,000 UPS workers, but there is no expectation it won't be.) This means the possible Aug 1, 2023 labor strike at UPS and subsequent disruption of small package logistics in the US is highly unlikely.

 
Looks like there is almost a month before it could be an issue if the vote fails:
Workers still need to ratify the tentative deal. Voting runs from Aug. 3 and ends Aug. 22


In other news, risks appear to be elsewhere as well:
On Monday, pilots at UPS rival FedEx rejected a tentative labor deal, with 57% voting against the agreement.
