Lmao at 74 I would be in shorts and sandals. It's 2 degrees with wind chill hereIt's all relative, the feels like numbers are inverted though. Winter jackets and gloves are cloths of the day, not tank tops and shorts.
I saw a guy at the gas pump wearing shorts in 47F with a north wind the other day. Kids are worse. I hate being cold more than hot, and I wore long pants one night in Cozumel last February. I took a driving tour of southern Utah a couple of years ago in July, careful but not uncomfortable with the 100+ peaks most days, but wore long pants one day.
